The house currently sells for a total of €270,000, completely equiped. This price includes:
- furniture (MOST of the furniture that you can see in the photos, since we'd be moving to a fully fitted new home. However, a full inventory of the furniture included can be made before the purchase).
- home appliances (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, microwave oven, fan oven, induction hob, extractor hood, water purification system in kitchen sink -this allows you to use safely water from the house's own water well, in addition to the ordinary source-)
- a very complete set of garden tools and gardening products, as well as garden machines (petrol lawn mower, composter, electric pressure washer, electric garden blower vac, electric strimmer, shredder...)
- fittings such as lamps, curtains, carpets, a satellite dish...
- kitchen utensils (everything you need to cook and eat, and more... )
- some linen (such as bed covers and the like)
In short, you'd only need your suitcases!!
