Thanks to a small slope of the side garden, part of the garage lies underground while the main part remains above ground, thus allowing for windows, daylight and fresh air.
The laundry room is 15
m2. It has a washing machine, a freezer, a big sink, a small bathroom with a shower and toilet and plenty of storage room.

The garage also houses a small room (2
m2) for the heater and fuel deposit.
The rest (63.50
m2) remains free for parking and garden machinery. Two big cars can be parked at the same time.

The garage also has a very big clothes dryer that can be pulled up and down from the ceiling by a system of pulleys. Since there are several small windows, clothes dry here very quickly in spite of the weather being rainy.

All garden machinery and gardening tools are included in the price. (See
here for more details).
There is also a big trunk for keeping wood indoors during winter (in addition to a bigger one in the garden) to use in both the fireplace and the AGA-style cooker.
Both the gates giving access from the street to the drive and to the garage are automatized.

The garage can be accessed from the house through the stairs, at the bottom of which there is a pantry. Being underground, it's quite cool, so we used to keep wine, jamón and home-made pickles and preserves there, and it worked beautifully.
