NOTE: ALL PHOTOS HAVE BEEN TAKEN WITHOUT USING FLASH TO SHOW THE ACTUAL DAYLIGHT IN THE ROOMS.
The house has some extra space in the attic, which has been divided into three separate rooms. (Room sizes in the attic are given approximately, since I do not have the exact measurements from the builder). A small landing leads to the three rooms.

The main room is about 20
m2 in size, with a big window not only providing plenty of light, but also magnificent views of the river and the countryside many miles away. The floor has been tiled with corkboard, while the sloping ceiling has been tiled in wood, which makes it really warm and cosy. It has been used for many years as a playroom for my daughter, but it could work amazingly well as a study or even a bedroom. The room has a huge built-in wardrobe.

The second room is about 10
m2 in size. It also has corkboard tiling on the floor and wood on both ceiling and walls. It has only a small window. The room was used as a home gym, and it used to fit a threadmill, a home bike, a TV set and some extra space for Pilates!

The third room has a tiled floor and the same wooden cover on the ceiling. It's about 8
m2 in size, and is used as an ample storeroom. It also has a small window.
